Our local Jack in the Box has friendly service inside. Our food is always fresh and hot. The drive thru takes forever though. Especially on Saturday mornings. A few weeks ago it took over 30 minutes in the drive thru.
Now I remember why I stopped going. Chicken sandwich was way over cooked and the fries were extra greasy.
The food is good. The people are nice. But the drive thru wait is terrible!
Best Jack In The Box I’ve been to. They spice their burgers excellently and give large servings.
Took 30 minutes to get our order, so would you still consider that fast food?
The manager treated us like we were lying when we told her that only half of our order came out. Then she said "well I'll cook it again for the third time". Horrible customer service.
