All-in-all, I would be willing to give them another chance. We had recently had another visit there that was very positive.
Food took forever. Staff was friendly though. Food arrived. Fajitas were warm at best. Sons burger was too. Said it wasnt that good. Coulda got a great burger at whataburger for half the price and time.
11-15-16 - Excellent food, very good service.
The food was so fresh & delicious, we were there around 4:15. Sheila, the bartender, was our server & my grandparentS had taken me out for my birthday. She was awesome!! My grandparent are in there 80s & are a handful. She did everything & more for us! I've worked at Chili's & dined many time bit this was a major improvement from last 5 or 6 times. From the blue berry pineapple margarita to chicken crisper everything was spot on!! Extra plates & dip, even the time in between app & entree was perfect! Thanks SHEILA
Me burger was fresh and cooked right. The fries were great. My wife's mashed potatoes on the other hand, tasted like left-over baked that had been beaten far too long. Her asparagus wasn't trimmed properly and was over seasoned. The service was good, but no offer was made to take an unpleasant side off our tab. Corporate did, however, send me a coupon based on the in-house survey I completed
11-15-17 - Drinks are good, a little pricey. But they changed their menu, only greasy fried food now. No longer have grilled chicken and fresh vegetable dishes. Not a fan of "fried" everything so we won't go back.
Good experience...helpful waitress, love the draft beer, "revolver", good food... The waitresses and waiters RUN around...., I feel they should slow down abit while they are at the tables taking orders....we did have a hard time understanding what our waitress said at times, overall, we'll def go back.
