All the staff members were excellent with our babies while we were out of town for a week. They took the time to send me photos of my babies that really put me at ease for being gone so long. They even made a sling to carry my smallest baby around with them. They are the best.
This is in reference to the previous review posted by C.A. The person writing the review is a former girlfriend of the former husband of the employee. She has persistently harassed our clinic through the BBB and the Google review. Our clinic was only calling to get vaccination records on the pet which is in the custody of our employee. To our knowledge no harassment has been performed and this person would not call or talk to the owner of the practice personally. Has only attacked through mail or online services. We are very sorry for any perceived distress she might have experienced.
Dr. Larson & her staff are wonderful. They are all loving & care for each pet as if it were their own.
They took very good care of both my babies and are reasonably priced. My Skylar had a spay, shots, and flea treatment. Her surgery and recovery went so good she was feeling herself within a week. Beautiful healing of her incision. Tiberius only had his shots and flea treatment, poor baby hates shots but they handled him so well. You can tell the staff here genuinely cares a lot about the well being of your animals. Would definitely recommend for fur babies.
