We travel a lot with the bugRIGHT company. This place has very good beds we slept great. Room was clean and comfortable. They have a nice breakfast. We will be back. Run a quick vacuum in the hallway and place is perfect
Indoor pool smelled like algae and mold,room service was not provided even when door tag was on, shower pressure was poor, when mentioned to front desk they said they would take care of it came back 7 hrs later room was still dirty, hallway carpet is dirty and stained. Over heard other people during breakfast that they were having issues as well. Very disappointed, the hotel staff is nice and friendly but does not make up for the conditions of the hotel it does not meet the standard of a La Quinta.
The lady at the front desk is so sweet and helpful i love the fact that they have a indoor pool and hot tub its so relaxing and nice to be coming to a place that feels like a home away from home.
This is potentially a good hotel, but for a La Quinta, it is below average. The first room we were given was dirty with popcorn spilled all over the windowsill. The next room had a very loose toilet seat. There was a dirty sock in the nightstand, and the base of the shower was moldy. There were other attention to detail issues like no pen for writing, the clock was not set, and floors needed to be cleaned in many areas. The laundry room was dirty and the dryer was broken. We travel often as La Quinta rewards members, so we were surprised.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was always fresh and delicious. Would stay here again.
