The facility seems nice enough, but the staff is really rude. When I went in to be seen today I stood at the window, wanting to ask a few questions (which would’ve made things smoother to begin with), I was immediately cut off, told to write my name and date of birth and sit down. I did so, then I was called in to sign paperwork. I explained my situation. My insurance with my current employer doesn’t kick in until December, but life doesn’t wait for you to get sick, have car trouble or have other bills that need payment. I was asking about self pay discounts, and payment options etc. I was told payment must be down at the time of service. This isn’t what bothers me. I work in a job where I have to explain company policy all day long. What bothers me, is the manner in which I was talked to. I was cut off more than once. The tone used was just really short and rude and when I said, I wouldn’t be able to be seen. The front desk attendant responseded with, “Sorry. Bye,” without even looking up from her screen.
I was in the office because I’m already sick. I already feel awful. I don’t need someone who may or may not be having a rough day treating me poorly or talking to me like I’m wasting their time. Had she taken the time to listen to me from the get go, it would’ve saved time. And I really don’t care to hear any excuses of that’s the way she is. If so, maybe she should get another profession. If your job involves speaking to people that are sick and having medical issues, there’s a way you should address said people. Bed side manner is still important. Choosing staff that cares about what they do and treats your patients with respect should also be a priority.
They were nice but rushed through, total waste of time. Didn't even assess me, barely listen to my lungs in the back and not in the front, didn't do a full set of vitals. Don't recommend them.
Very nice and friendly!
Not super fast to get helped, but it's much cheaper than going to the hospital for small abrasions and flus. The staff is nice and when you've been seen, it goes much quicker.
id give this zero stars if i could , RUDE staff, the old coot dr who x-rayed my back say " oh no problem your fine" ASSUMED i wanted drugs which pissed me off to bat the unlearned uneducated quack ASSUMED i was there for drugs when i simply asked for a cortazone shot or some kind of shot in my back to mask the pain atleast for a year, well he says " lay on your back legs up 15 minutes a day" youll be fine ,.( then charged me over 100$ ON TOP OF MY FULL INSURANCE !!! SO THERES FRAUD AS WELL). well guess what fools.... after going to a REAL facility in Corsicana , turns out i have a degenerated disk degenerative arthritis, and spurs growing off my spine due to an injury earlier years and need a fusion !!! so If you need help STAY AWAY FROM HERE , THIS PLACE SUKS you will be left for dead ! USLESSS "BETTER THAN YOU ATTITUDE!!!! they will never see me there again or ANYONE I EVER TALK TO! PURE GARBAGE there!!!
