I went in to have major surgery on my right shoulder. From the very moment I walked in, the staff at this facility were very nice, helpful and comforting. If I had a question or concern, or was just a little scared, the staff always took the time to speak with me and to address my questions without making me feel like I was just another surgery patient. Janet was tagged to help prep me for surgery and she was especially helpful and sweet.
Kuddos also need to go out to my doctor, Dr. McConnell, whom upon asking what facility he preferred, he stated that was his first choice. Also, the anesthesiologist at this facility was the best. He listened and made sure I was properly sedated. That may seem like a no brainer but, there are subtleties involved that, if missed or hurried through, can make for a bad experience.
Haven't even had the procedure yet..but can't get these people to answer the damn phone. Have spent three hours trying to get in touch with these people.. People I have already paid, people that up until I was paid up contacted or answered the phone. Hmmm. And I'm supposed to feel good about them doing the procedure now? The sad part is that after my pre-op , the lady said call if you have ANY questions... yet nobody answers. Pathetic.
I would certainly recommend this facility if you live in the area and need outpatient surgery done.
