Over the past several years we have bought recliners, love seats, mattresses, beds, and other items, including our recent purchase of a daybed w/pop-up from this store. My wife has special needs, and the care and compassion of the manager and staff towards her and myself has been overwhelming. They have gone out of their way many, many times to accommodate our needs. I cannot say enough good about them, their products, and their service. Less then a year ago we purchased a living room and rocking chair , the associate (sales person) keep pushing my husband to purchase a "INSURANCE FOR THE COUCHES, $150", the lady told my husband THAT if ANY problems : Stains, rips, spills (from liquids) will be covered , against my wishes my husband brought it!! NOW LESS THEN A YEAR!! THEY SAID OH WE DON'T COVER THAT (stains our couch have) my husband is BEEN trying to FIND OUT in the STORE what's going on if the sold us THAT INSURANCE now is not cover my husband is BEEN trying to TALK to the manager but for SOME REASON EVERY time he ASK to TALK to HIM HE IS NEVER at his Office!! PLEASE DONT BUY THE INSURANCE PLAN IVAN FURNITURE IS RIPPING U OFF!!!
