I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I got a riding lawnmower lease to own the first of this month. I used it the day they brought it out and every day after that I could not get it started. I called them 5 times during the next two weeks and they would send someone out in 2 to 3 days to look at it and they would mess with it and replace parts and next day it wouldn't start. They acted like I didn't know how to work it. I had two other family members try to start it and they couldn't. Aaron's finally came and got it last Monday to have it workef on. I called two days later and was told it was in the shop and they would call me. Today I called to see if it was fixed and they had sold it to someone saying I told them too. I am filing a complaint with the bbb and speaking to an attorney. Don't use this company.
They have a wide selection of merchandise but the service can use some improvement
Ashley!! She was extremely rude and very disrespectful when dealing with me over the phone when I simply called to ask about when our TV would be arriving! This employee should definitely be terminated immediately because she does not know how to deal with customers and has horrible customer service! We will be dealing with another place of business due to this rude employee and I will also be contacting her superiors and filling a complaint against her. Horrible horrible service due to the poor employee! I recommend anyone who is considering on renting from Aaron's to think twice because from the looks of it I am not the first customer to be dealt with in a rude fashion because of Aarons employees!
This store is awesome they will do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of would definitely recommend to anyone. Plus the girls that work in accounts are awesome and understanding.
