I ordered from the requesting same day delivery for a friends birthday, I called later in the afternoon to verify that it had been delivered and they said no it was still in the cooler. I then had it set to be out the next morning and delivered by 9 am and I called to verify and all they can tell me is that it is on the delivery truck they had no way to verify with the driver that it had been completed even though it was supposed to be done by 9 am. She told me the driver doesn't usually have a phone. It is 2015 really they don't have a cell phone. No one seems to care that the mistake was made the day before and there is no sense of urgency to correct this issue. Very aggravating.
