This place would not deliver and overcharged us since we had to pick up the flowers for the wedding. The arbor flowers looked like funeral arrangements and nothing like the pictures we sent. The bridesmaids hair pieces were to small and looked like they were for babies. When I called to let them know there was no offering of any refund on the hair pieces when those couldn't be used in the wedding. This small company probably only works well with local repeat customers.
Do not ever use this florist. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect. I wish Teleflora would look at reviews before doing business with florists, because then they would see this florist is only rated 1.2, which does not surprise me in the least. I don't even want to know what the flowers look like. Hopefully she's better at arranging flowers than she is at customer service.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday, at work, PRIOR to Mother's day. Didn't arrive!!!! Called almost every florist in town couldn't find anyone who had the order. Friday...when office is closed...stopped by and here came a flower truck with them. Told gyn he was only a day late and he argued.... "see," he says. holding up carbon of order and pointing at the place where Thursday had been scratched out and Friday written in ink (stands out on a carbon ticket)!! WILL NEVER USE YOU!!!
This was not a good experience. Unwilling to resolve issue, their only solution was to pick up arrangement and give money back "on day of event" It was not the right size and I requested mostly red flowers and received majority white.
