Service manager at Wingfoot Sulphur Springs Tx. Has an attitude. Threw me out and don't come back cause I remarked about his his childish attitude. Very unprofessional. I liked dealing with the assistant manager and he got an attitude about it. Started in on me because I was vocal about it took 4 times to finally fix a brake problem once. More to it then this just don't want to write it all down. We have spent a lot of money there. But it's not his company so I guess it's not important to him whether he ruins Goodyears business and reputation. But if it was my company he worked for he'd be looking for another job for treating customers the way he does. I guess Wingfoot don't need our business. He made that plain enough. But hey, he's not loosing any money. Goodyear is.
damn Tire up rip off I found something better and cheaper down the road to fix my tire even though it was after hours
My experience with the people and service at this place was second to none. These guys and gals are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, group that I have ever met. I highly recommend that if you need something worked on give them a call.
$185 an hour a minimum of 2 hours just to air
Despite other “unprofessional” truck drivers that they have to put up with, the men at Goodyear in Sulphur Springs Texas are excellent workers and have a fast and speedy service as long as they are respected! For those who don’t know they also do mechanical work and have certified mechanics to do the job!
