Great chain retail store. Employees are always eager to help. Actually installed my air filter for me, no major task, I realize, however, this is an example of GREAT customer service.
Very helpful staff and cheap prices. They allow you to use some basic tools to fix your vehicle right in the parking lot. If you can't figure it out would prefer; ask the staff and they'll help you with it.
No one ever answers the phone. Tried calling different times of the day for the past 4 days. No One Answers. Just need to ask them a question about a warranty part I bought there a few months ago. It could be answered over the phone rather drive 15 miles to get an answer in person.
