I have used Mr. Fergurson a few time on child custody. Could not be more pleased!! I recommend him.
Not satisfied with the service provided. I paid the retainer and after accepting the offer from another attorney, I have not been able to contact this attorney. Have tried to leave voice mail messages. Tried to work with the opposing attorney. They have been in contact with him, but he still has not contacted me. This started back in Mar when he was paid by the opposing attorney to provide payment to me.
He's been a life saver so far, couldn't thank him enough, seriously!!!!!!!!!!
Did not repersent his client well did not explain to client what he was pleaing to repeatedly ignored clients phone call and a registered letter I would not recommend this man for anything
