Sat in the ER with extreme pain for over two hours. Had to leave and go elsewhere to get help. Absolutely ridiculous considering there was only three other people in the waiting room. Next time I or one of my children have an emergency we will be going to Greenville. Sad that our hospital is so neglectful that you have to drive to another town to get the medical help you need.

Went in late for kidney stones. Treated exceptionally well, I got lucky and was placed under the care of R.N Kala and Dr. Schlesselman. Great team there!
I've tried to reach my 91 year old moms room 9 times. I get a recording then a message that says that mail box is full, please try again. You cannot connect to the room directly. There is no way to get a human or a direct connection. So if you have someone in this hospital you have to go to the hospital personally or you can't talk to them at all. Love the staff and their care! That said they have the worst phone service I've ever experienced!!! Horrible communication link, can't say enough bad about it! I give them a minus 10 stars!!!! Make that 20 attempts! Cannot get to a human!
I went to ER and then to ICU for 2 days, then to a room for 2 days. Excellent, caring and professional staff. The kitchen staff, cleaning ladies, therapists, both respiratory and physical, nurses and assistants, the charge nurses, the doctors, the ones from hematology who tried so hard to find veins in my old arms were all absolutely excellent.
