Closes at 7p not 8p like it says. Drive 20 mins one way just to be told we are closing in 5 mins the site is wrong. She said "I'm not sure who does it but they put the wrong time." If you know this then why don't you make sure it gets fixed! Wasted gas and time!
Very disappointed at the attitude of the lady that cut my son's hair. I told her specifically what I wanted and didn't want cut off. After she decided to ignore my request and cut his hair the way she wanted I was upset and told her to just hurry up and finish so I could leave. While checking out, she did not offer the discount that was running that week or say anything remotely resembling a 'Thank you' for business. All 5 of my children and I have found a new salon, after using Smart style the 3 years we have lived in Sulphur Springs.
