Mallory (sorry if I misspelled!) helped me above and beyond today. My husband passed a few months ago and we had passed his phone on to my son, the phone broke, with all hubbys pics on it. Mallory found a way to get all the pics for us and it took some time, we had to go back home and see if we had a credit card the account was set up with. She waited for us to get back and retrieved the pictures....
