This is by far the most friendly Walmart I've ever been to. They had the new Scan & Go system which is great! The staff at Subway were amazing! They really explained everything and talked about custom sandwiches and new programs coming up. Awesome experience all around!
I wouldn't say I loved it but I do give it 5 stars. It is very large. The greeter was very nice. A lady working in grocery offered to help me. 2 young men in sporting goods offered to help me.The store was organized and picked up. They had more than one checker! The parking lot was fairly lit.
Customer service desk staff are ALWAYS rude..
To day a man in the dairy section helped me when an item I wanted was not on the shelf. He found what I wanted put it in my hand and stocked the empty slot. Its the people that make the difference. Too bad not all care.
In the last few years this store had been an unfriendly place to shop. I actually started avoiding it and opting for other area stores. The last couple of times that I went to the Sulphur springs store I noticed a remarkable change. Apparently Walmart has put a different manager here and you can tell a difference. I was actually approached by an associate who asked if I needed help. I had to to make sure she was really an employee. The store is clean and now the associates are more friendly. I may have to start using this store again.
Some cashiers act like they have the worst job in the world. I prefer Greenville walmart
