My husband went in and saw them, they are nice, fast and explain things to you.. we would definitely use them again

The two teeth were extracted but the problem was that one of the teeth pulled was a healthy undamaged tooth! They have never apologized and in fact, I was told that this kind of thing "happened all the time" in the dental community, but rushed to say that it had never happen before in his practice. Another thing I find disconcerting is that when the unbroken tooth was extracted, why wasn't that an indication that the wrong tooth had been pulled and it be addressed then and there? Guess he didn't notice!
I went to these people because they had an office in Sulphur Springs, however, to get a quicker appointment I had to drive to Rockwall. I had two cracked/broken teeth that needed to be extracted. Upon arriving at the office I was required to sign a document stating that I would NOT be submitting my bill for their services to Medicare. The form stated that if I did not sign this document they would not treat me. I'm assuming the reason for this procedure is because Medicare would negotiate their fees which they did not want to be limited by. I signed the form.
