Recently I called our local Enterprise and requested a specific car for an anniversary trip. Even though I know that they can never guarantee any specific car (things are often out of control like when someone doesn't return a car on time), she gave me ideas of other nice vehicles she might be able to get if they were not able to accommodate my first request. When the time came, I was excited to find out that she went out of her way to get the exact car I asked for. Such great service! Thanks Enterprise for hiring great staff!

Another enterprise customer hit my rental car and expected me to pay my deductible For an accident that was not my fault and she claimed responsibility. I explained everything and they said they couldn't give me another rental until I payed my deductible. They said they could call me a cab to bring me an hour back home. I asked if they'd pay for it. Their response was " it's not our problem" -Brendan Johnson Assistant Manager so I was stranded in Tyler waiting for a ride. Thanks a lot
I love this Enterprise! I rent from them all the time because the service is phenomenal and they always make sure I have a car that is comfy and meets by needs. I was recently out of state and rented from a different car rental company and had forgotten how spoiled I am with my local Enterprise. I guess I took for granted how nice and clean the cars always are and how wonderful the customer service is.
