Every visit to Toliver Ford has been a pleasant experience. The staff in the Service Dept are always welcoming, listen to my concerns, and carefully examine my car with professionalism. If something needs replacing or repairing, they explain all the details. Their prices for car services seems fair to the customer.

I don't leave reviews very often....only When I come across a business that does people right/ has superior product I'll let people know...or if I get screwed over as badly as I did at this place I'll leave a warning for others. I recently traded my 2012 f250 in for a newer king ranch f250. My check engine light came on at 94k miles so I took it to the closest dealership to get it checked out.... I was called the following day saying its 580$ to do a compression check....I okayed it because I was desperate for answer/solution. The 3rd day I was called and told cylinder 5 compression is low and they needed to check valve, etc etc for an additional 980$.... Already 580 into it and still desperate for solution of course I couldn't back out so I okayed it with my fingers crossed that they would find the problem. The 4th day I got a call and was told "it's either the head gasket or the entire engine and we've never replaced a 6.7 head gasket so you'll need a new engine" I was quoted 20k on engine install.... I ended up driving out of service today with the same engine light/trashed motor /no diagnosis and a 2000$ bill
Absolutely wonderful body shop! Took my vehicle in for repair today. It was repaired in the time quoted, for less money than I anticipated, and was also washed. Thank you Brian Toliver Ford!

Monty is a great guy to deal with there and he has been very helpful. I've had ups and downs with the dealership but in the end they were very helpful in resolving my issues. And overall yes I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I ASKED TO PULL AND CHECK HEADS AND WAS TOLD THEY'VE NEVER PULLED HEADS ON A 6.7 AND CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE WAS MOST LIKELY THE ISSUE. 1800$ FOR NOTHING NOT EVEN DIAGNOSED. TRUCK IS AT ANOTHER MECHANIC NOW HEADS PULLED FOR PRESSURE/LEAK TEST..WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN IT WAS AT THIS PLACE.
